Abstract

서울대학교 치과대학 부속병원에 내원한 29세의 남자 wharton´s duct에서 외과적으로 적출한 타석을 화학적으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. Ash는 74% 함유되어 있고 주로 Ca과 P로 구성되어 Ash를 기준으로 하여 각각 30.0㎎%, 14.4㎎%를 함유하며 Ca/P의 비는 2.08이었다.
2. 유기질은 단백질이 10.26㎎%이고 지질과 탄수화물은 미량함유되어 있다.
This experiment was designed to analyze the chemical composition of the salivary stone which was surgically removed from the Wharton´s duct of the patient, 29 years old male, at department of oral surgery, infirmary, College of Dentistry, S. N. U. The results were obtained as follow:
1. The concretion removed from the Wharton´s duct contains 74% Ash.
2. The calcium content is 30mg%, the phosphorus content, 14. 4mg%, and Ca/P ratio, 2.08 by ash basis.
3. Of the organic component, the protein content is large proportion, and the carbohyrdate and lipid are very small quantity.
